Scott is the founder and President of AmCom Solutions, Inc.. He has over 30 years of leading and managing outside sales and channel development. Prior to founding AmCom, he worked at Pitney Bowes Corp., Communication Planning Consultants (wiring & cabling division) HTI Voice Solutions/ Lucent Technologies, and ENVOX America/Stockholm Sweden and Universal Solutions LLC.
Scott is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelors of Sciences in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement with minors in Sociology and Political Science. He’s also a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and currently serves as President for the FBI’s Capital of Texas InfraGard Chapter. His interests outside of work and family include church, ranching, hunting and fishing, officiating lacrosse and dual-sport motorcycling.
Director of Operations & Project Management
Marty is the Director of Operations & Project Management at AmCom. Prior to joining AmCom he worked at AT&T/Southwestern Bell for 34 years in many capacities including Sales Manager for Winback, Internet, Installation & Repair, Account Manager for Internet and Indirect Sales, Quality Assurance Manager for Indirect Sales, Service Representative for Inside Sales & Support, and Communications Consultant for Outside Sales & Support. Marty lives in San Antonio and enjoys golfing and fishing. He is also an avid marathon runner.
Director of Marketing/Agency Program
Suzanne, the Founder and President of CRE8 Group, has over 18 years’ experience in various sectors
of telecommunications. She is responsible for all aspects of AmCom’s marketing, public relations, business development and channel agency program. Prior to her founding businesses, Ms. Urash was the Manager of Marketing and Business Development at Progress Telecom, LLC. During her earlier telecom career, Ms. Urash held several consultant positions managing and developing wireless communications sites as well as HDTV property and tower acquisitions. These functions included property lease and acquisitions as well as representing clients at zoning and other governmental hearings. Ms. Urash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tampa. She is also an accomplished artist with many of her works in galleries throughout Florida and the United States.
Customer Service/Project Manager
Kerri worked in the telecom industry since 2002 as Customer Support Manager for AT&T and joined AmCom in 2016. As AmCom’s Customer Service/Project Manager, Kerri works directly with AT&T on behalf of clients on the provisioning of Internet circuits through first bill review. She is also responsible for customer billing. Kerri uses collaborative communication with clients to ensure they are satisfied and thoroughly understand the products and services purchased.
Maggie is a liaison between customers and AmCom Solutions. She provides project management for all customer sales including managing required documents and coordinating all necessary steps to complete final customer test and turn up. Maggie is responsible for processing disconnect requests, assisting customers with repair issues, as well as resolving billing disputes and customer correspondence.
